Why love drawing

"Unless you draw something, you do not understand it. It is a mistake believe that now I understand the problem and now I draw it. Rather, right at the time you draw you realize what the problem is and then you can rethink it."
Renzo Piano

One of the most interesting things about drawing is that with it you can exercise a variety of your multiple skills: your ability with pencils and lines, your brushes and ink, your patience, instinct and perception. Through the exercises you do, you will learn to identify strength and weaknesses, developing techniques and what to do - and do not - in your drawings.

This blog has in its main intention to show my drawings and artistic progress during the class ART 115, at Portland State University, under the guidance of professor Tia Factor.

The plan is to post weekly in order to show my learning process, activities, inspirations and my mistakes too.

Thanks for following me!

See you!
